Chemical R&D, Dyes Researcher

2. Job Responsibilities:

(1)Conduct theoretical research, development, and application of results on database management technologies in the thermal-sensitive dye production process.
(2)Actively participate in the development of time-sequence dyes, optimizing the collection, storage, and analysis processes of production data for thermal-sensitive dyes, pressure-sensitive dyes, and other products.
(3)Participate in both vertical and horizontal projects undertaken by the research team, including theoretical and technical research in the field of functional dyes, project requirement analysis, system architecture design, software development, etc.
(4)Develop efficient data management tools based on the research and production needs of invisible dyes, organic dyes, and other products, to improve production efficiency and product quality.

3. Job Requirements:

(1)Educational Background: PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
(2)Qualifications: Must have a PhD degree, with excellent academic performance, good health, and be under 35 years of age. The PhD degree should typically have been obtained within the last 3 years.
(3)Technical Skills: Familiarity with database technologies, time-series data management, and related software development. Experience with open-source projects is preferred.
(4)Industry Background: Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of the R&D or production processes of thermal-sensitive dyes, pressure-sensitive dyes, invisible dyes, or other chemical products.
(5)General Qualities: Strong teamwork abilities, innovative thinking, and problem-solving skills. Ability to independently handle research tasks.
